Simple Ways to Get Rid of Back Acne Now!

When you take a look at people that are around you, you will see that most of them have some skin blemishes especially on their face: that is Acne. Acne is skin disease that affects at least 80% of people in the world. In this review, we will talk about Acne; its causes; if it can be treated and how to prevent it.

What is Acne?

Acne, or acne vulgaris, occurs when glands in the skin produce and secrete too much of the natural oil, called sebum. Sebum clogs pores in the skin, resulting in a pimple or, worse, several pimples. Pimples are the result or the break out of acne. Bacteria in the sebum can cause inflammation and worsen the acne.

A pimple can pop up anywhere on the body; but it usually breaks out on the neck, shoulders, chest, back, and mostly on the face.

Nowadays, Acne has become a very common skin problem affecting most of people and leave their body very rough (scars on the body). Teenagers are most vulnerable to acne because at their adolescence period, their glands produce more hormone and it sometimes results in hormone imbalances.

There are various types of pimples:

• Whiteheads - remain under the skin and are very small.

• Blackheads - clearly visible, they are black and appear on the surface of the skin.

• Papules - visible on the surface of the skin.

• Pustules - clearly visible on the surface of the skin. They are red at their base and have pus at the top.

• Nobules - clearly visible on the surface of the skin. They are painful, and filled with pus.

What can cause Acne?

The causes of acne are various and these are some of the causes:

• Stress,

• Poor diet,

• Sluggish digestion,

• Improper liver function,

• Family history of acne,

• Bacteria

• Hormone imbalances.

This last cause i.e. Hormone imbalance is the main cause pointed by experts.

According to them, the primary cause is a rise in androgen levels. Androgen is a type of hormone. Its levels rise when a human becomes an adolescent. At that period, the oil glands under the skin grow due to the rising of the androgen levels; the enlarged gland produces more oil. Excessive sebum can break down cellular walls in your pores, causing bacteria to grow.

Can Acne be treated?

Of course it can be treated, but it treatment depends on how severe and persistent it is. That is why; there are many Acne products over- the- counter. But are they effective? Some just focus on face cleansing but the causes of acne are internal. To get rid of acne, you need a product that can tackle it from inside (intensive treatment); if not you will just have a short term solution.

Can Acne be prevented?

I always smile when I hear someone asks this question, because knowing the causes of acne, is a great chance to know how to prevent it.

It is true that some causes are internal that they cannot do anything to avoid them but most of them are external and if you know them you can prevent yourself from acne. There are some steps to take to avoid acne such as:

• Avoid consuming too much fat;

• Avoid touching your face with dirty hand because doing so, you are giving bacteria chance to enter the skin and multiply under it;

• Avoiding foods that can give your liver too much work because doing so, it will weak the liver and it could not work proper;

• Eating of fruits that can help the digestion to be easier (orange, pineapple, etc.).

Practicing these simple pieces of advice, could help you reduce at least at 50% the risk of having acne. An old proverb says: "Prevention is better than cure" so work for it to keep your skin healthy.
