The Drowning Effect - When You Don't Believe You Can Cure Your Acne

If you can't swim, and suddenly you are thrown into a pool with deep water, what will you do? You obviously will panic and you'll try your best to get out of that water, by randomly moving your hands and legs to stay afloat. But, alas, you can't swim, right? Thus, whatever you do, you are drowning. At some point, you'll feel helpless and just can no longer fight the water, thus you'll "surrender to your fate" completely.

This is the drowning effect. This is what you will experience when you are drowning, especially if you can't swim. But, what you didn't realize is that first, you are on a pool. There are a lot of other people out there, swimming in the same pool as you. Second, the water is not that deep. It's considered normal for most people there. Third, everybody is trying to help you, but you just don't acknowledge them or pay much attention to them. Why? That's because you are in the state of panic and you can't think straight.

It's more or less similar with the experience that most acne sufferers are experiencing. When so much breakouts are attacking your face, you feel overwhelmed with their presence. You feel powerless and you can't do anything to control the situation. The best way you can do is to apply 'this' and 'that' treatment randomly to your skin, in the hope that you can finally get out of your situation. But, it got worse. You are becoming even more helpless and fearful. You can't think straight.

But, what most acne sufferers don't understand is that there are so many people willing to help them solve their problem. Those are the people who care about you. Those people want you to show your beauty to the world. But, you keep on neglecting them. You keep on rejecting their help. You are drowning in your own world, in your own fear. You think that your situation has become helpless, and you can't restore it. You don't believe that you can cure your acne.

But, obviously you are wrong. Acne, no matter how severe it is, is curable. You just need to know the right way to do it. But, most importantly, you have to keep an open mind for new possibilities to cure your acne. They are your helpers. They will help you to get out of the water and save you. You know, it is impossible for you not to be able to cure your acne, because acne is not your natural state. Your skin is meant to be acne-free; to be flawless, clear and beautiful.

So, when you seemingly lose your hope toward clear skin, you should remember this: there are lots of people swimming in the same pool as you, and the water is not that deep. There are lots of good treatments that you can use to cure your acne, and your acne is actually not that tough to beat. When you start losing your faith in curing your acne, use these tips to restore your faith and hope for clear skin:

1) Do not carelessly try 'this' and 'that' treatment without careful consideration. Changing your skin treatment too often will only make your acne worse.

2) Take a look at the people who care about you: your friends and family. Do not take them for granted. Take their advice gracefully.

3) Imagine the world full of beauty for you to embrace, not a world of darkness that will keep you suffered. Think positive about yourself, and keep expecting the best of you.

4) Sing a song of praise and gratitude, for you have been given the opportunity to be grateful of your beauty.

5) Change your lifestyle into a healthy lifestyle.

6) Use a complete natural system to clear your acne, instead of bombarding your skin with drugs and over-the-counter medications that contain unhealthy chemicals for your body.

7) Learn about the holistic method to clear acne completely and permanently, eliminating the root cause of your acne instead of only fighting your acne symptoms.
